I scheduled an appointment to get DirecTV installed on Sunday. They missed the installation window of 8-12PM. They called and told me they would be at my place at 4PM instead. I agreed. They ended up calling me at 2:30 while I was involved in hot pool action. I missed their phone call. They left a message that I need to reschedule. I expected hot pool action to end at 4PM per DirecTV request. I am furious. I have no choice. I need my NFL package.
